Reigning champion Perfect Reflection has returned to racing in typically smart form this time, and remains an outright $4.20 favourite in 2016 Kingston Town Classic betting markets with leading online bookie Ladbrokes.com.au.

Resuming this time for third in the Group 3 Northerly Stakes (1400m), the More Than Ready mare returned to winning form in the Group 2 Lee Steere Stakes (1400m), before running on for third in the Group 1 Railway Stakes (1800m) last time out on November 19th.

Drawn ideally in barrier 2, Perfect Reflection has been charged with carrying only 56.5kgs and will be partnered by leading West Australian hoop William Pike.

Kiwi raider Kawi has built nicely into Saturday’s feature race at Ascot and remains sole occupant of the second line at generous $5.50 odds.

A multiple Group 1 winner, Kawi posted consecutive wins in the Group 1 Zabeel Classic (2000m) and Group 1 Thorndon Mile (1600m) over summer and early 2016, and returned to the paddock after placing a credible fifth in the Group 1 Haunui Farm Classic (1600m).

Resuming in August for a typically classy win in the Group 1 Makfi Challenge Stakes (1400m), the Savabeel gelding repeated the dose in the Group 1 Horlicks Plate (1600m) before arriving in Australia for fourth in the Lee Steere Stakes.

Having hit the line well for sixth in the Railway Stakes a fortnight ago, Kawi will relish a step up to 1800m and could very well receive the run of the race from barrier 4, with Michael Walker in the saddle.

Scales Of Justice delivered a talented field a resounding three length defeat in the Railway Stakes last start and undoubtedly offers punters the best value for money in 2016 Kingston Town Classic betting markets, at current $6 odds.

Posting an impressive career total of seven wins and six minors through only thirteen starts, Scales Of Justice finished second in each of his first two starts this time in, but stamped returned to winning form with a dominant performance for success in an Ascot minor over a mile on October 29th.

Taking out the Group 3 RJ Peters Stakes (1500m) in his only other start prior to the Railway Stakes, Scales Of Justice will have to overcome the outside barrier, but will be partnered by last-start hoop Douglas Whyte.
